What this can feel like

You might recognize some of this

Grief can come in waves, between sadness and numbness, while routines and even your sense of self feel rearranged.

  • Sadness and emotional waves
  • Numbness or difficulty accepting the loss
  • Changes in identity or routine
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Feeling like life has been permanently altered

There is no timeline for grief. If you're carrying a loss and feeling alone in it, support can help you move through at your own pace.
