Clinical records and scheduling are managed using Owl Practice, a Canadian practice-management platform built for health professionals, with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Sessions are delivered over secure video. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and applicable law, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You have the right to access your records, to ask for corrections, to withdraw consent (subject to legal and professional limits), and to ask questions about how your information is handled. To make a request, contact the practice using the details on the Contact page.
