Individual therapy session

60 minutes
A standard one-on-one virtual session. Most clients begin weekly and move to every other week as things progress.
Insurance & reimbursement
Many extended health plans reimburse services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Coverage varies by plan, so it's best to confirm whether your benefits include counselling or psychotherapy provided by an MSW, RSW. You'll receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement, and direct billing is available for some plans, just ask.
Sliding scale
A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for clients who need them. Ask during your consultation.

Cancellation policy
I ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The first missed appointment is always forgiven; after that, late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full session fee.
